Exchange & return policy

From the moment of delivery at home, you have 30 days to exchange or return your purchase. Your return does not need to be reported. The product must be returned in the original packaging and needs to be unused/unworn. It is important that all original labels and price tags are attached to the items. Please select a delivery service which delivers at our address, not to a service point.

Download the exchange & return form here and add it to the return package. The exchange & return form must always be completed in full, otherwise we cannot process the return.

 

Exchanging an item

If you wish to exchange a product for, for example, a different color or a different size, you can return the item to us by sending it to the return address below. Please fill in the exhange & return form, including the size and color of the product you wish to receive and add the form to your parcel. After receiving your parcel, we will send the newly requested item to you.

The costs for returning are at your own expense. The costs for resending are at our expense. Please consider the environment when ordering and returning your parcel. You can consult the size chart for advice on measuring your size.

 

Returning an item

If you wish to return an item and do not want to receive a replacement item, you can return the item to us by sending it to the return address below. Please fill in the exchange & return form and add the form to your parcel. After receiving your parcel, we will return the prepaid amount within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation when the amount has been transferred.

The costs for returning are at your own expense. Please consider the environment when ordering and returning your parcel. You can consult the size chart for advice on measuring your size.

 

Did you receive a damaged product or do you have a complaint about a product?

These items cannot be sent as a regular return parcel, but must be reported to our customer service by e-mail via service@unigear.nl. We will make sure the problem is solved as quickly as possible.
